YOUR JOURNEY:
Your journey is a personal, embodied experience within our collective space. Each participant will privately explore the journey topic. You will access your intuition and all of your senses to bring awareness to the energy, emotions, thoughts and physical sensations that come up as I take you thru a transformative process of awareness, integration and release. Come open, curious and ready to receive your inner wisdom!
RACHEL’S ROLE:
My role is that of guide, activator and expander. Helping you thrive on the physical and subtle planes is my gift! I am a conduit, a channel, an energetic spaceholder. Energy connects everything, including our physical and subtle (emotional, mental, etc.) bodies and I will help us access the energetic grid, hold the collective energy and facilitate transformation. I believe we all have the ability to do this for ourselves, but sometimes it’s helpful to have an expander to facilitate the journey!

This live Zoom session itself will last approximately 75 minutes, with time available afterwards to share our experiences for all who feel called to share and/or witness.

Please set up your space so that you can comfortably lie down or sit undisturbed for the duration of the session. You might also like to have water and a journal available for after the session.
